Panel of Mediators

The mediators of WTCMAC must be natural persons of full capacity, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, with recognized merit and professional ethics, provided that they are capable of independently and impartially mediating disputes submitted to mediation under the terms of the WTCMAC's Regulation. In exceptional circumstances, if the register of mediators does not include a person who meets the qualifications required by the special conditions of the dispute, the WTCMAC may appoint a person who is not on the register, in accordance with the provisions of the medial agreement or the powers conferred on it by the Regulation.
