The arbitrators of WTCMAC for water leakage disputes in buildings must be natural persons of full capacity, with recognized merit and professional ethics, provided that they are capable of independently and impartially judging disputes submitted to compulsory arbitration, in accordance with the law and the WTCMAC's Regulations on the Compulsory Arbitration Procedures for water leaks in buildings.
