Panel of Arbitrators For Water Infiltration Disputes in Buildings

The arbitrators for water infiltration disputes in buildings of the Center must be natural persons of full capacity, with recognized merit and professional ethics, provided that they are capable of independently and impartially judging disputes submitted to compulsory arbitration, in accordance with the law and the Center's Regulations on the compulsory arbitration procedures for water leaks in buildings.
