Application Instructions

Applicants for inclusion in the Panel must meet the following requirements:

1. Possess five years or more of practical arbitration experience, having served as arbitrator in no fewer than five cases and drafted arbitral awards

2. Possess at least five years of work experience in a professional or technical field

3. Be able to use either Chinese, English, or Portuguese as working language

4. Be willing to comply with all rules and regulations of the World Trade Center Macau Arbitration Center

5. Has never been convicted by court for willful crimes, and has no record of disciplinary sanctions due to poor reputation or violation of professional ethics

6. Be able to ensure timely handling of arbitration cases and conclude proceedings within the prescribed time limits

Applicants may request a waiver of either or both requirements set out in Items 1 and 2 above. Such requests must be supported by relevant documentary evidence, particularly regarding the applicant’s recognition and standing in arbitration or related professional fields, professional achievements, arbitration‑related academic publications, or inclusion on the panels of other arbitration institutions in other countries/regions.

仲裁員之聯絡與通知。
仲裁案件中仲裁員之指定，以及仲裁員培訓與持續專業發展管理。

二、資料當事人類別

申請加入本中心仲裁員名冊之人士。

三、資料種類

因上述目的，本中心可能收集及處理以下個人資料，當中有些資料可能是必須收集的，有些則可能是由當事人自願選擇提供的。如有疑問，可向本中心瞭解。

身份認別資料：姓名、出生日期、性別、國籍、身份證明文件種類、號碼及副本、地址、電話號碼、電郵地址、職業、相片。
專業背景資料：學歷、工作經歷、專業資格、仲裁培訓、仲裁經驗、其他機構的仲裁員資格及相關證明文件。
