Remarks
1. The calculated fee amount is for reference only; the actual charge shall be subject to the calculation made by the Arbitration Center. For any clarifications regarding the calculation methods, please consult Schedules 1 and 2 of the Internal Regulations, located under the subcategory “Internal Regulations” in “Laws and Regulations”.
2. If the calculated arbitrator fees are not an integer multiple of one pataca, it shall be rounded up to the nearest pataca.

*The arbitrators' service fees and the administration fees shall be calculated on a per-building basis for single-ownership buildings, or on the basis of the common parts or each individual unit of a building under the condominium system. The total cost of the arbitration proceedings equals the total of the fees applicable to the building or individual unit concerned.
