WTC Macau Arbitration Center attended Mediate Disputes to Enhance Harmony in doing Business between Hong Kong and China

A delegation of 3 members including Vice-President of the General Council of the “WTC Macau Arbitration Center”, Mr. Alberto Marcal, Secretary-General Mr Ivan Fong and mediator Mr Fong Nim Seong attended the “Mediate Disputes to Enhance Harmony in doing Business between Hong Kong and China cum the 2nd Shanghai-Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Forum” in Hong Kong on 27 November, 2014. The forum was co-organised by, among others, “The Joint Mediation Helpline Office” and “The Hong Kong Mediation Council”.
The Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong, Mr Rimsky Yuen, Senior Counsel, delivers the opening remarks at the Mediation Conference. The Conference was informative and topics discussed at the Conference included Hong Kong mediation, mediation in legal framework and commercial mediation, the frontiers of mediation development in Hong Kong, introduction to real estate and construction mediation and mediation in mainland China.
