Taking into account the boom and internationalization of the local construction industry, the “WTC Macau Arbitration Center” and the “Macao Chamber of Commerce” have co-organized a seminar entitled “Talk on Dispute Resolution in International Construction Contracts” on March 11, 2008, and invited Mr. Jason Fry, Secretary-General, “International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)” to be the guest speaker.

At the seminar, Mr. Fry shared his expertise and the ICC’s experience in international arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, with a special focus on construction disputes.
