Arbitration Centre Opening Arrangements During Typhoons

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted in the following period:

Period	Arbitration Center Status	Arrangement of activities and hearings
Before 9:00	Close in the morning	Morning activities and hearings will be cancelled
13:00 to 14:30	Closed in the afternoon	Afternoon activities and hearings will be cancelled

* Revised arrangements for the affected activities and hearings will be announced in due course.

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered in the following period:

Period	Arbitration Center Status	Arrangement of activities and hearings
Before 7:30	Open as usual in the morning	Morning activities and hearings will be proceeded as scheduled
7:30 to 09:00	Opens 1.5 hours after the signal is lowered	Morning activities and hearings will be cancelled
09:00 to 13:00	Open as usual in the afternoon	Afternoon activities and hearings will be proceeded as scheduled
13:00 to 14:30	Opens 1.5 hours after the signal is lowered	Afternoon activities and hearings will be cancelled
After 14:30	Closed in the afternoon	Afternoon activities and hearings will be cancelled
